Sweet Moments was founded in February 2007 by Julie Bresse Daccache, she was determined to create chocolate design line with exceptional taste and innovation that would benefit and satisfy people, and unite industry around these values. Family, friends and dedicated employees have come together to realize this vision on a wider scale than any one could have imagined.
Julie's creative muse is the art of chocolate: transforming exceptional chocolate into edible piece of art. Her passion for chocolate developed while she was a postgraduate in graphic design looking for a career change, and experimented with design and arts.
After fine tuning formulations and scouring for the finest chocolate, Julie, began wrapping the first bars by hand.
